Prerequisites for Angles for Oracle [Cloud, On-Premises Views]
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
On-Premise: Global Views with Angles for Oracle (Views) version 6.1 and above.
Replication: To enable change tracking for an On-Premises Oracle Server, the DBA has to perform the steps mentioned in the Enable Change Tracking for an On-Premises Oracle Server section in the following link:

Oracle Cloud Applications (OCA)
Users must to connect to the Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector Console (BICCC), extract data, and download it.
The following table lists the permissions that are required for OCA users:

Set the data extract download limit at BICCC to at least a minimum of 1 GB.
Default data storage for scheduled extracts should be UCM.
Firewall rules to be updated to allow SOAP and REST APIs related to download of the PVO data.
Authentication with Oracle Cloud Applications: The basic authentication method, which is local user and password-based authentication, is supported when establishing the connection with the Oracle Cloud Applications instance.
