BEN Open Action Items

This view returns information about the enrollment action items that are to be completed. This information is accessible through the Benefits Administration > Enrollment work area > Benefits Summary > Pending Actions. A record is returned for each combination of a person full name, a life event name, an action type name, a program name, a benefit plan type, a benefit plan name, and a benefit option name.

This view returns information about the court orders for the enrolled dependents in the benefit plan. This information is accessible through the Enrollment work area > Benefits Summary > Court Orders. A record is returned for each combination of a person full name, an order identifier, a court order effective start date, a court order effective end date, a dependent name, a dependent order start date, and a dependent order end date.

BEN Bill Charge Details

This view returns the bill charge details of a person that are generated for a calendar period. This information is accessible through the Enrollment work area > Billing > Benefit Coverage Charges. A record is returned for each combination of a benefit group name, person full name, billing period, bill number, and bill charge detail identifier. The information returned by the view pertains to the year specified in the effective date. For example, if the effective date is 24-Nov-2018, the view provides the bill charge details created in 2018

This view returns information about the active potential life events of a participant. These life events either occur over a passage of time or are explicitly assigned scheduled events.
