This view returns information about evaluation items of the performance document and ratings provided by participants of the performance document review for a worker. A record is returned for each combination of a worker full name, an assignment number, a performance document name, an evaluation item name, a participant role, a participant full name, a participant added by identifier, and an evaluation item identifier. .
