Viewing Log Files

Introduction

This topic provides information on how to view a log file after you have run a prerequisite check on your computer.

How to View Log Files

You can view a log file by:

  • Using the Windows File System: Navigate to <hard disk drive>:\Program Files\Common Files\Noetix\Logs, use the log file name convention to select a file, and then double-click the file. Use this option to access and view the log files for all prerequisite checks performed on your computer.

  • Using Prerequisite Checker: On the File menu, click View Current Log. The latest log file is displayed.
