Installing And Upgrading

Make sure that your environment meets the system requirements for Noetix Views Workbench 7.1.
If you are upgrading your software from a version before NoetixViews Workbench 7.0, read the release notes for the intervening versions between version 7.1 and your product version to know about the enhancements, known issues, and fixed issues reported in those versions.
You can upgrade your NoetixViews Workbench environments that are no longer supported to a supported environment using the Upgrade My Customizations wizard. Contact insightsoftwareSupport for help with upgrading your environment.
Important: The Upgrade My Customizations wizard may run for a long time. If so, contact insightsoftwareSupport to conduct a review of your environment and potentially make adjustments to ensure timely running of the upgrade process and better performance of the NoetixViews Workbench.
