Angles Hub 25.2.1 Release Notes

This topic describes the new features and fixed issues for Angles Hub 25.2.1, released in July 2025.

New Features

The new features in Angles Hub 25.2.1 are as follows:

CDC Reset Timestamp Buffer Protection

This version includes enhanced Change Data Capture (CDC) pipeline reset logic to prevent data loss during overlapping timestamp windows. This enhancement prevents transitional records from falling through gaps during high-frequency operations or error-retry scenarios, eliminating silent data loss during CDC resets. The CDC process reliably captures all changes, improving overall data integrity and reducing downstream reconciliation requirements.

Replication Duration Monitoring and Alerts

Angles Hub now detects and alerts users when replication processes exceed normal duration thresholds. When a replication job surpasses the configured time limit, you will receive an email notification with comprehensive in-progress job details. This proactive alerting prevents downstream escalations by enabling early detection and intervention.

Enhanced Email Alerts for Replication Package Discrepancies

This release provides an improved email alert system for replication package monitoring to provide more actionable information when discrepancies are detected. The alerts now include PVO-level source and target counts and table-specific counts. This detailed summary of record mismatches enables faster troubleshooting by providing administrators with all critical information needed to quickly identify and resolve replication issues in a single comprehensive email notification.

Automated Data Reconciliation Table for Angles Hub Transfers

This release introduces an automated solution to streamline the management of detailed reconciliation data generated during Oracle Fusion to target database transfers through Angles Hub. This enhancement creates a structured table in the target database (Snowflake, Azure, or OADW) that automatically refreshes reconciliation data at defined intervals while preserving historical records through append-only operations. It significantly reduces troubleshooting time and provides stakeholders with readily accessible reconciliation data for ongoing analysis and audit purposes.

Automated Primary Key and Index Creation for Replicated PVOs

Angles for Oracle now automatically creates primary keys and indexes on replicated PVOs in target databases. By leveraging metadata from Angles Hub, the replication pipeline generates and applies valid DDL during table creation, eliminating manual post-processing steps. This automation improves data warehouse query performance while providing control and visibility over the indexing process, ensuring replicated tables are immediately optimized for analytical workloads.

Fixed issues

The fixed issues in Angles Hub 25.2.1 are as follows:

Incremental Data Load Failures

Fixed incremental data load failures across multiple packages caused by critical PVOs downloading full datasets during CDC. This resolves server accessibility errors and null value returns while improving performance for bulk data scenarios with high-value PVOs during incremental downloads.

Redundant DFF View Generation in RPD

DFF views are no longer generated in the RPD when not deployed to Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, resolving redundant and confusing data exposure. Additional validation is added to ensure valid objects are passed to RPD generation.
