Add Key Flexfield Columns to OCA Reports

To add key flexfield columns to OCA reports, sign in to the Angles Hub and perform the following steps:

Before configuring your reports, ensure that you have imported, initialized and deployed OCAToSnowflakeDFFKFFConfigurationPackage.

1. Click Business Views. The Business Views page is displayed.

2. Click the List mode.

3. In the search bar, search for a business view to which you want to add key flexfields.

4. Click the ellipsis icon for the business view you want to add key flexfields .

5. Click Edit > Join Relations. The Join Relations tab is displayed.

6. Review the KFF joins associated with the view.

7. Select Deployment and Reports > Create Report > Report. The Report tab is displayed.

8. To review key flexfield Id columns, click the Burger icon > Filter Fields By Name.

9. Search for key flexfield columns, for e.g., codecombinationid to bring additional segment columns.

10. Search for KFLEX views associated with the view.

    (You can expand KFF views dropdown to view the KFF views associated with the view. You can also find the list of DFLEX views associated with the view in the join relations tab. Eg: KFLEXOCAGLACCTD$AcctLiab.)

11. Drag appropriate KFLEX view (e.g, KFLEXOCAGLACCTD$AcctLiab) here.

12. Automatic join is created between the KFLEX view (e.g., KFLEXOCAGLACCTOSAcctLiab) and the column (e.g., AcctLiabcodecombinationid) in the view (e.g., OCAAPInvoiceDistributions).

13. Select requisite columns to bring them in report:

    • segment value (column names start with SV)

    • segment value description (column names starts with SD)

    • qualifier value(column names starts with QV)

    • qualifier value description (column names starts with QD)

    • concatenated value (column names starts with CV)

    • concatenated value description (column names starts with CD)

14. Click Save Report.
